
Len Walker has been a practising criminal lawyer for over 41 years, establishing himself as a leading legal professional in Sudbury, Ontario. He began his career in Halton County, where he practised for 18 years before moving to Sudbury in 2001. For the next 20 years, he served as an Assistant Crown Attorney for the Ministry of the Attorney General, prosecuting serious criminal cases and gaining valuable insight into the justice system.
In October 2021, Mr. Walker returned to private practice, bringing his wealth of prosecutorial experience to defend clients charged with serious offences. His practice is focused exclusively on cases arising in Greater Sudbury, where his reputation for professionalism and skill is well-known.
Mr. Walker also shares his expertise through academic roles. He is an Adjunct Professor of Criminal Law in the Faculty of Forensic Science at Laurentian University, where he mentors future legal professionals. For a decade, he lectured at the Ontario Police College on homicide law, further demonstrating his deep knowledge and commitment to legal education.
Mr. Walker is supported by Legal Assistant Felicity Biggs, a graduate of Laurentian University. Miss Biggs brings her extensive experience as a Court Services Representative in the Ontario Court of Justice to the practice, ensuring clients receive efficient and thorough support throughout their legal journey.
